Todson Topeak Babyseat™ II Bicycle Carrier Seats are being recalled. A child can put his or her fingers in the opening at the grab bar’s hinge mechanism. When the grab bar is opened to remove the child from the seat, the child’s fingers can get caught in the hinge mechanism. The seats were sold at retail stores, independent bike shops and REI from January 2009 and April 2012.
